About Us
I have spent nearly 10 years in the Children’s Services sector, beginning my career as a support worker and progressing to the role of Acting Assistant Director at one of the largest Children’s Services providers in the UK.
Growing up in a residential children’s home myself, I have a unique personal perspective that drives my passion for supporting children and young people. My own experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges they face, which informs the work I do today and shapes the way I support staff and services.
