Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in establishing new children’s homes and managing existing Ofsted Registered services, ensuring they meet ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ standards.
I have a proven ability to improve struggling services, successfully transforming them from Inadequate to Outstanding. Having overseen over 25 inspections as a Responsible Individual/Registered Manager, I’m proud to have maintained a 100% success rate for Good and Outstanding outcomes.
